Business Opportunities

Business Opportunity for the new millennium

It is a game that is centuries old and is today's fastest growing sport...darts! A recent survey by the National Sporting Goods Association reveals that more people play darts than our national pastime sport, baseball!

The ADA offers two business opportunities:
  - ADA Franchises
  - Company Operated Program (COP)

These opportunities are now available to qualified individuals through the American Darters Association (ADA).

An American Darter Association business opportunity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Complete training (no experience necessary)
  • Operations manual
  • A protected area
  • Support materials
  • Full time support personnel
  • A customized software program with internal E-mail
  • The NEUTRALIZER, a league system that equalizes play regardless of ability
  • Regional Championships
  • National Championship

ADA Representatives develop markets for both the traditional English "steel-tip" darts and Electronic "soft-tip" darts.

FRANCHISE
Franchising offers the opportunity to run a business while receiving support from a national office. According to the International Franchise Association, sales from franchise businesses totaled more than $803 billion in 1992, accounting for 40.9% of all retail sales. Statistically, a new franchise opens every 8 minutes,
1 and, according to studies conducted by the U.S. Commerce Department from 1971 to 1987, less than 5% of franchises have failed or discontinued on an annual basis.2

COMPANY OPERATED PROGRAM
The Corporate Operated Program (COP) provides an individual the opportunity to develop the ADA as a League Manager without a full franchise agreement. Individuals must have the following:
  - Computer with Internet access
  - Self motivation
  - The desire to operate a darts business
  - A six-hour weekly commitment to the sport of darts

If you are thinking of starting your own business, you are obviously a motivated and driven individual. But motivations alone is not enough. If you lack a proven background in owning or managing a business, why not consider this dart business opportunity?  It is the smart choice for perspective business owners!
