This notice applies to information collected or submitted during the e-commerce experience on the American Darters Association Web site. On some pages, you can become a member, order products and/or services, make requests for information, and register for upcoming events. The information you provide the ADA is used only for processing. No information is shared with any outside parties or non-ADA Representatives other than authorized agents who are required to process this transaction.
We use return E-mail addresses to answer the E-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
