Another year is coming to an end which means another Bud Pro Tour (BPT) schedule is wrapping up. St. Charles County’s last BPT was held at KT’s Sports Bar in O’Fallon, MO. The two Pros that played in this year-end event were Duane Timmermann (23.90) and Paul Schaeffler (22.09). “It was a real treat playing with Paul, as I didn’t get to play with him all year”, comments Duane.
“Paul and Duane are great dart players, so the competitors are going to have a challenge tonight” explains ADL Staff, Tiffany Paschedag. She was right! Duane and Paul went an amazing 18 – 1 that night. Combined with a total of 35 tons, Duane also threw an additional four Ton80’s and Paul one. “Duane was on fire tonight. He wanted to out Ton himself from last month’s Bud Pro Tour when he got 19 Tons”, commented challenger Justin Revelle. The PPDA’s that evening: Duane 25.54 & Paul 21.76.
Their only imperfection of the night was the one loss to KT’s Owner Kevin Taylor and myself. Kevin has been the owner of KT’s for the past 10 years. He loves darts and promotes the sport real well. He schedules big dart tournaments throughout the year and is always willing to host our BPT events. He was extremely excited we beat the Pros. It was definitely a team effort. He left me with a 17 out and I scored a Single 1 Double 8.
Congratulations to all the 2010 St. Charles County Pros for their hard work and dedication.
