Cliff MacBride has been a member of the ADA for the last five years now. He also runs a bike shop called Mac’s Custom V-Twins that is located at 212 E. Pearce Blvd. in Wentzville, MO. His shop has been open for business for the last decade and still going strong.
In his spare time he and his son Tom, who is also an employee, enjoy throwing darts on a Valley Cougar dart machine they have in the back of the shop. I recently paid a visit to Mac’s to check things out.
From the moment I walked in I could tell it was a fun environment! Inside is an impressive collection of products for purchase from accessories to apparel. Just standing in the store makes you want to own a Harley! But for me the coolest part may have been going into the man cave workshop of his establishment.
The front of his store was sweet enough, but going into a room filled with bikes and a dart machine was the highlight of my week! It seemed as if motorcycles and darts just went hand in hand. I watched Cliff throw some darts, and I have to say he’s pretty darn good! I could also tell that the dart machine gets it’s fair share of play time. From what I’ve heard fixing a broken down bike can be quite frustrating. So what better way to relieve that frustration than throwing some darts at a board!
We are happy to have Cliff as a member of the ADA. If you’re having bike problems give Mac’s a call at 636-639-5275. You can stop in and maybe even throw a few darts too!
