Pro: Paul Schaeffler & Mike Hurwitz
January 27th kicked off the first Budweiser Pro Tour of 2010. The gracious host of the BPT this month was Maggie Malone's located at 990 Wentzville Parkway in Wentzville Mo. The pro darters this month were veteran pro Paul Schaeffler and first time pro Mike Hurwitz.
Due to the inclement weather the crowd wasn't as large as it normally is but there was still a lot of good darts thrown. Among those in attendance were father and son combo Jack & Corey Snow and Andrew Snipes. The big winners of the night were Andrew and Karl Remick who ended up winning the final match. However the pros definitely came out on top with an eleven to three victory. Over all Paul threw a 20 and Mike threw a 23 PPDA.
We would like to say congrats to Mike for throwing very well in his first pro shoot. The pros collectively threw 21 tons, thirteen of them belonging to Mike. We also want to thank those who did come out to throw, and the ones who just came out for support. And thanks to Barbie (the proprietor of Maggie's) for being so nice to us ADA members.
