Event Notes
- Entry fees and form MUST be received by April 16, 2004. Any entries received after that date will be processed as a walk-in.
- Only US cash will be accepted for pre-registration and on-site for entry fee.
- Pre-registration fee: $100 US money order, Visa or MasterCard only. Personal checks will not be accepted.
- Fee covers all six main events excluding the Thursday and Friday night Draw Doubles. Draw Doubles registration on site only.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their partners for events.
- Pre-registration still requires each player to “check-in” at on-site registration for each event in which they plan to participate.
TOURNAMENT RULES
- It is the player’s responsibility to be knowledgeable of all tournament rules included within this event.
- All players shall play by the American Darts Organization Tournament Rules, revised March 10, 1991.
- Good sportsmanship shall be the prevailing attitude throughout the tournament. Any unsportsmanlike behavior, which is likely to cause upset or distraction to an opponent, will result in match forfeiture and tournament disqualification.
