ADA members and tens of thousands of darts enthusiasts are creating a large fan base for Fox Sports Net's (FSN) episodes of the Professional Darts Corporation's (PDC)televised darts series. Over the past four Sundays FSN aired highlights of the Las Vegas Desert Classic held at the MGM Grand.
In a recent conversation with ADA President Glenn Remick, FSN Representative Josh Oakley reported, "The response to darts on FSN remains very positive. Our plans are to air additional episodes in the near future."
It appears it is not just darters who are watching! The general public finds these episodes interesting and easy to follow. Remick adds, "During my recent travels this summer I was pleasantly surprised at how many people told me they had seen darts on TV. This is a tremendous boost for the ADA and our sport."
