American Darters Association Refund Policy      Membership Membership begins once information and fees have been received and verified by the ADA or it’s registered agent. ADA membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully before proceeding. ADA membership is transferable as you relocate. Upon arrival at your new location, simply notify the ADA office with your updated address and contact information. Your league records will be forwarded to the ADA Representative in that area as needed. Memberships are not transferable from one person to another. Event Registration Event entry fees registered are subject to the policies of the specific event. Please review the rules and regulations for each event. Unused entry fees from an ADA Championship Series event are nonrefundable immediately following the event.
