SUMMARY:2018 ADA National Registration Events
DESCRIPTION:ADA Members\, \nWelcome to the 2018 ADA National Championship Team and Singles Registration page.  Please sign up your Team and Singles below.  Please read below for additional information before Registering. \nWhen registering select the number of teams (tickets) you are paying for. \nExample: if you are registering one team\, place a 1 in the Ticket Box.  Once done\, the Registration form below will appear.  For the Singles section\, if you are on a three person Express Team and want to sign up everyone for Singles\, you would put a 3 in the Tickets box.  Three different Registration fields will appear under the Ticket box for each member. \nPlease note all payments are now either by PayPal\, Debit or Credit Card. \nIf you live within the greater Pittsburgh area and are within 50 miles of the venue\, state so on the Team/Express/Women’s Registration form as that is a required field for you. \nSocial Security Numbers will be collected through the updated MY ADA site for all ADA NC Teams. Social Security Numbers are mandatory.  See official Eligibility Rules link below.  (New MY ADA website coming soon). \nPast ADA National Championship members\, before you were required to send in the Printed Certification Statement with everyone’s signatures\, now in the Registration Process all you have to do is check a box verifying that you adhere to and abide by all American Darters Association National Championship Rules and Regulations.  Additional information on these and other related items can be found on the 2018 National Championship Eligibility Rules \nNo refunds will be allowed once your Team and/or Singles Registration is submitted.  Late fees will be applied to all Teams and Singles after June 15th 2018. \nAdditional questions can be sent to: leagues@adadarters.com \nWe look forward to seeing you at our National Championship this year in Pittsburgh!
