SUMMARY:2019 ADA National Championship Registration
DESCRIPTION:ADA Members\, \nWelcome to the 2019 ADA National Championship Events Registration page.  Members must sign up your Team before Registration closes to be eligible for the National Championship. For those trying to be eligible for the Friday Singles Seeded list\, you also must Pre-Register before it closes.  Please read below for additional information before Registering. \nPre-Registration closes Sunday\, June 2nd at the discounted rate.  After the 2nd Registration will open back up with a $5 fee per event added to all events minus the Blind Draws.  Online Registration will officially close on July 1st.  You may be able to sign up the day before each event AT Nationals with an additional $10 fee applied to each event.  $10 fee added to each event unless mentioned higher on the schedule. \nWhen registering select the number of teams (tickets) you are paying for. \nExample: if you are registering one team\, place a 1 in the Ticket Box.  Once done\, the Registration form below will appear.  For the Singles section\, if you are on a three person Express Team and want to sign up everyone for Singles\, you would put a 3 in the Tickets box.  Three different Registration fields will appear under the Ticket box for each member. \nPlease note all payments are now either by PayPal\, Debit or Credit Card. \nIf you live within the greater Memphis area and are within 50 miles of the venue\, state so on the Team/Express/Women’s Registration form as that is a required field for you.  Reminder all members within the 50 mile radius are not required to stay at The Guest House. \nSocial Security Numbers will be collected through the updated MY ADA site for all ADA NC Teams.
