May the 4th Be With You…..Seniors!

 

We were proud to participate once again, in the 45th Senior Olympics opening day on May 4th, 2025. But this year at a brand new location! Senior Olympics Dart Competition was held on May 4th, 2025, but goes through to May 30th.  The new location you ask? The Hub STL in Chesterfield 17065 N. Outer 40 Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005! Everyone (ADA member or not) was able to participate in both a 501 and throw down game to earn medals or prizes. At the sign-up desk members were offered free drinks, flights, shafts, and playing cards as a token of graduated for playing.

The Opening Ceremony for the Senior Olympics at the Hub included-not just darts-but a whole lot of other fun activates for seniors to do.

Here is a list of all the actives provided at Senior Olympics:

Opening Ceremonies Sunday May 4th begin at 2pm with:

• Walk of Ages and Awards and our Athlete Oath
• Sponsor Fair
• Athlete Registration and Packet Pickup

Activities include:

• Kids’ crafts
• Rock climbing wall
• Car show*
• Art, dance, and T’ai Chi exhibitions
• Dart throw*
• Street hockey shootout for accuracy*
• Push-up contest*
• Football throw*, softball throw* and frisbee throw* for accuracy
• Tricycle races

• Added NINE new events:
  • Car Show
  • Frisbee Throw for Accuracy
  • Ice Hockey
  • Pinball Tournament
  • Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament
  • Rock Climbing (two events)
  • Street Hockey
  • Wii Bowling
